Summer

Hi all,

Hoping everyone is having an enjoyable summer so far. Children are out of school, parents planning vacations.

My family is taking each moment as it comes. I've gone back to college and enjoying it. I am also keeping busy with the Stained Glass and Etsy. I am in the works to make a gentleman a window panel for him, like my kitchen cabinet. You can view it in my Etsy shop.

Hello Everyone

I know its been awhile since I've written here but most of you are aware that I and my family are grieving the loss of my son, Michael. Yesterday, Mothers Day, was my first day without him so yes, it was hard for me but yet, I was very calm and relaxed. I believe he had given those feelings to me as a present and a sign that he was with me.

I also want you to be aware that I am making up a new Facebook Account soon. As soon as I can figure out how to get my Etsy shop back on, I will be up and running it. My son, Michael had set up my previous one. I watched but not fully because he was my computer genius and never thought I'd have to do it myself.

Hoping all the mommies had a nice day yesterday. I will update you all soon ;)

Hi everyone,

Hoping you all had a good holiday and that you all have a wonderful year and will be happy.
I and my husband decided to get away from the house during Christmas. We decided to go to Florida for the weekend. It was peaceful, yet cold but at least I didn't see Christmas lights or things that would remind me of our son Mikey. I miss him terribly and I'm told as time goes by that I will feel better. As a mom I know I have changed. A huge part of me is gone forever but I shall move on and do the best that I can.
I've made a lot of items for Mikey's Cardiologist and her husband during the Christmas season. She sent me emails on my Etsy site, saying how beautiful the sun catchers were and that I have a gift. I was deeply honored by her emails especially coming from a professional like herself.
I am thinking of changing my blog. Not the look of it but how/what to type on it.
I would like your opinion as to what you would like to see on it such as comments/questions/giveaways, things in that nature. I quess Im asking you, what would you like to see that would improve this blog. Maybe I should start the first question: What made you join my blog? I'm not very good to this posting thing anyway but I would like to make it more interesting not only for me but for you ;)

Orders

Hi all ;)

Just wanted to stop by to let you all know I am so busy with orders now and I don't have the time to blog.

My son's cardiologist had ordered, for her staff, my stained glass pink rose in a heart plus she purchased some items in my shop. I'm thrilled but my fingers say otherwise lol At least I'm being kept busy. It's just so hard, so fresh, and I miss my son so much but keeping busy helps me throughout the day.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Mine was nice. Our grandson, Johnathan, his mother Michelle and our nephew, Dennis had come up to stay with Mike, Sean and I for 4 days. It was good to have family. We all miss Mikey though. It just wasn't the same but we all did our best to be happy.
